The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is related and connected to our behaviors such as mild anxiety to severe depression and PTSD. Stressful life experiences and trauma can neurologically hardwire protective and defensive patterns in our ANS. Chiropractic helps bring balance to the ANS and can help with your mental health concerns.

Prenatal & Postpartum Care

Moms typically experience morning sickness, headaches, neck pain, low back, “stuck” babies, and more. As an advocate for women, I want you to have your best pregnancy. Proper pelvic alignment and an optimum nervous system are essential to keep the body healthy before, during, and after pregnancy.

We focus on your child’s health and optimal function by improving their health and wellness, in addition to helping with problems. Our clinic focuses on strengthening the brain-body connection to enhance the foundation of your child’s nervous system as they rapidly grow.
